Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate enough to find and collect simple yet powerful tips, strategies, and tools to navigate my career path and create new opportunities for myself. I collected them all and tossed them into my "Career Survival Pack." As a Mexican-American first-gen college graduate, finding these pieces of treasure along my path was both illuminating and empowering. Now, it is my personal mission to share this knowledge with the next generation of leaders and equip them with the necessary tools and mindsets to exceed expectations.

Unlike many of the workshops and presentations I’ve attended, my style aims to share practical skills and tools that can be implemented immediately by my audience. Through the use of relatable stories, real- life experiences, and a bit of humor, I connect with audiences to light them on fire and help unlock their superpowers. My goal is to have my attendees walk out of my workshops with confidence, resources, and actual step-by-step instructions to help them blast-off in their own journeys.
